Gorilla Playsets ("Gorilla") warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 10 years from the date of purchase for structural wood components, and for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.). Cosmetic defects that do not affect the structural integrity of the product, or natural defects of wood such as warping, checking or any other physical properties of wood that do not present a safety hazard, are not covered by this warranty. Defects that develop because the product is exposed to extreme climate conditions are not covered by this warranty. Defects that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation of the product are also not covered by this warranty. Gorilla will repair or, at its discretion, replace any part within the stated warranty period which is defective in workmanship or materials. This decision is subject to verification of the defect upon delivery of the defective part to Gorilla at 190 Etowah Industrial Court, Canton, Georgia 30114. Any parts returned to Gorilla must include proof of purchase, including the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed at a residential, single-family dwelling. This warranty is void if the product is put to commercial or institutional use. This warranty does not cover (a) products which have been damaged by acts of God, negligence, misuse, or accident, or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (b) the cost of labor; or (c) the cost of shipping the product, any part, or any replacement product or part. GORILLA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GORILLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty is non-transferrable and does not extend to the owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. ( "PlayNation") warrants its PlayNation Premium Preserved Pine, Redwood, and Cedar play sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product for structural wood components and for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).
PlayNation warrants its PlayNation Ready to Assemble play sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 10 years for structural wood components and for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).

PlanItPlay (Kits) Warranty Disclaimer
All Plan-It Play products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. This does not cover products from other manufacturers sold through Plan-it Play. Very few of our products are purchased through other vendors. If you would like a list of these products please ask one of our sales representatives. Defective Plan-it Play parts will be repaired or replaced at Plan-It Plays' liability is limited to the defective part. Any damages caused by lack of maintenance, vandalism or improper installations are not covered under this warranty.
SwingWorks Inc. Warranty Disclaimer
All Swing Works parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in
material and workmanship. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at Swing Works
option. Consequential damages are not covered and Swing Works liability is limited to the
defective part. Any damages caused by lack of maintenance, vandalism, or improper
installations are not covered under this warranty. Shipping will be charged to customer.
Planet Playgrounds Warranty Information
Planet Playgrounds warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and/or workmanship during normal use and correct installation for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. Planet Playgrounds further warrants as follows:
* All plastic components are warranted for five (5) years against deterioration making it unfit for play.
* All steel posting and climbers are warranted for ten (10) years against structural failure.
* All preserved Pine wood components are warranted for ten (10) years from date of original purchase.
* All other moving parts or accessories will receive a one (1) year limited warranty.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic items (such as scratches, normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration,and weathering), vandalism, paint or powder coating, and damage due to natural characteristics of checking and warping of wood. Planet Playgrounds will replace any components that become unsound within stated time frame free of charge. This does not include providing labor or cost of labor to remove defective pieces or installation of replacement pieces. Planet Playgrounds reserves the right to receive copies of written maintenance inspection reports to ensure the equipment has been properly maintained. This includes physical and photographic evidence in lieu of on site inspections. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
